American Power - Membership Policy

Free Trial and Automatic Billing

American Power offers a three-day free membership trial with access to membership benefits and no upfront membership charge. Promotional products may have a separate charge disclosed before checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the membership automatically converts to a paid membership. The payment method provided at enrollment will be charged $29.99 when the trial ends and every 28 days until canceled.

Membership Benefits

During your free trial and for as long as your Membership remains active, you will have access to exclusive member discounts and free shipping on all orders.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time, through either of the following methods:

A clear cancellation request stops future membership renewals.

If cancellation occurs during the initial three-day free trial, no membership payment will be collected and trial benefits will end when cancellation becomes effective.

If cancellation occurs after a paid membership term begins, no further renewal payments will be collected. Unless the current membership payment is refunded, membership benefits will remain available through the end of the paid 28-day term.

Canceling a membership does not automatically request or guarantee a refund of a previously processed payment. Membership refund eligibility, limitations, and request procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to Price or Terms

If we change the price or terms of your Membership, we will provide clear notice by email before the change takes effect, in accordance with applicable law.

Membership-Linked Promotional Orders and Member-Priced Products

Promotional rewards and membership-priced products may require the associated membership to remain active until the order is released for fulfillment. These orders are manually reviewed and generally released for fulfillment within 7 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

If the membership is canceled before the three-day trial expires:

The reward order will be canceled.
Any applicable promotional product charge will be refunded.
The membership fee will not be charged.
Trial benefits will end.

After the first membership payment is successfully processed, the promotional reward will continue processing toward being released for fulfillment.

If the membership is canceled during this processing period and before the reward enters fulfillment:

Future membership renewals will stop.
The promotional reward order may be canceled.
Any applicable promotional product charge will be refunded.
The paid membership benefits will remain available through the end of the 28-day term unless the membership payment is separately refunded.

Once the reward has entered fulfillment, subsequent membership cancellation will not cancel or interrupt its production or shipment. The cancellation will stop future membership renewals.

These conditions apply only to promotional or membership-priced orders linked to a membership offer. They do not affect unrelated products purchased at the regular nonmember price.

Limitation of Liability

Membership provides access to discounts and offers on products sold through our store. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Membership program, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This limitation does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
