Shipping Policy

American Power currently ships to eligible U.S. addresses only. Active members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders; nonmembers pay a flat $7.99 standard shipping fee.

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 3–10 business days for delivery. These are estimates, and delays may occur.

If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days, we will contact you with the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Tracking will be emailed when available. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
